  1. If I want to subscribe hosting at FaberHost, how is the procedure and what is the requirement?
    It is very easy and the process is fast. Please fill in our orderform available in our web menu. After you send it, you will receive the invoice sent to your email. Then you can make the payment and the receipt can be sent through email or fax at 021 45854322. Then we will activate your hosting account and send the hosting technical info to your email.

  2. Can FaberHost register my domain and how long my domain can be active?
    For Domain : .com .net .org .biz .info will be processed for just several minutes (is such domain is still available). For .co.id .or.id .net.id go.id .web.id it will depend on the decree of MINISTRY OF COMMUNICATION AND INFORMATION which usually takes time 3 - 7 working days.

  3. How is the domain ownership if registered with FaberHost?
    The domain registered by FaberHost is owned fully by you and you are entitled to modify it. But if you want to take over it FaberHost will not be responsible for the domain existence for example in the event of domain extension and so forth.

  4. What if I subscribe only for hosting?
    You can subscribe hosting only or domain only or both of them.

  5. If I already have my own domain, what step should I take in order that I can use the hosting service from FaberHost?
    You can enter your manager domain and just change the NS (Name Server) at your domain and then direct it to us. We then will give our NS to you via email.

  6. Can my hosting package be upgraded/downgraded to the hosting package with larger capacity?
    Yes you can. You just adjust the cost.

  7. Does FaberHost own its server itself
    It is true. We have our own server and are not the reseller of other web hosting.

  8. Does FaberHost allow me to subscribe web hosting for pornographic sites or mp3?
    No because in accordance with our Terms of Service, the customer at any reason whatsoever is not allowed to: Place the file or material violating the copyrights, pornographic material, material containing SARA or terrorism aspect, or other material violating the law or disturbing the public order and in contravention of the law prevailed in Indonesia.

  9. What is the sanction and penalty if I violate the FaberHoset Term of Service?
    There is no sanction and penalty. We will reprimand and notify in advance. In case of ignorance, FaberHost is entitled to revoke and cease your web hosting account unilaterally without any refund.

  10. If I have any difficulty, what support technical service that I get?
